Refund and Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping with Scrappy Little Shit, where all prints are handmade with love, ink, and a healthy dose of chaos.

📦 Standard Returns

If you’ve changed your mind (hey, it happens), you’ve got 14 days from the day you receive your print to request a return.
Just email cleatsandcode@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• The item you’d like to return
• A heads-up so we know it’s on the way

Once we’ve received the return in its original condition, we’ll refund you – excluding the return postage, unless the item was faulty.

🖼️ Damaged or Defective Prints

If your print arrived looking like it lost a pub fight in transit, email us within 14 days with:

• A photo of the damage
• Your order number
• The salty language is optional, but appreciated

We’ll sort you out with a replacement or refund ASAP.

🚫 What Can’t Be Returned

Custom or personalised prints (anything made just for you) can’t be returned unless they’re damaged or faulty. This is standard UK consumer law stuff – not just us being difficult.
